10.1-Inch Asus Eee PC 1005PE Netbook With Intel Atom 450 Processor

ASUS has added a new ASUS Eee PC 1005PE netbook to its Eee series. The ASUS Eee PC 1005PE is the first 10.1-inch Intel Pine Trail netbook for the consumer markets that is featured with Intel Atom 450 processor and Intel GMA 3150 integrated graphics. The machine is being designed to run on Windows 7 Starter edition (32-bit).

Featured with 10.1-inch diagonal WSVGA with 1024 x 600 resolutions, ASUS Eee PC 1005PE is also equipped with web camera and microphone. It backed up by a 1GB DDR2 SDRAM (800MHz), 250GB Seagate 5400.6 SATA HDD plus 500GB online storage, 4-in-1 media card slot, a 6-cell Lithium-Ion battery, a LAN port, three USB ports and a VGA output. In addition, it is Bluetooth enabled and supports Wi-Fi connectivity.

ASUS Eee PC 1005PE with measurement of 0.89-1.40 x 10.2 x 6.9 inches and weighs 2.8lbs. The netbook is expected to be available for consumer markets by 3 Jan 2010 and is priced at $379.99 with one-year standard warranty.
