LG Mobile and AT&T have announced the upcoming launch of LG eXpo (GW820), the first 1GHz smartphone in the United States to support an optional integrated mobile projector (projection distance as far as 8 feet), featuring AuthenTec’s Smart Sensor that complements eXpo’s touchscreen UI by also offering precise cursor control for text editing, 4-way menu navigation, as well as AuthenTec’s unique turbo-scroll function to quickly scroll through a long emails, contact lists or websites.

LG eXpo smartphone which measures 4.45” (H) x 2.24” (W) x 0.648” (D) and weighs just 1.8 ounces is scheduled to be available online through AT&T for $199.99 starting December 7, after a $100 mail-in rebate with a 2-year service contract. And the LG Mobile Projector is expected to be available in the coming weeks for approximately $180.
