The new Canon EOS 7D Digital SLR camera is expected to be available later this month for $1,699 (body only) and $1,899 (bundled with Canon’s EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM zoom lens), respectively. In addition, Canon also announced the launch of its new WFT-E5A wireless file transmitter (WFT) exclusively for EOS 7D, which offers users a wide range of digital connectivity options including IEEE802.11a/b/g and Ethernet, slated to be available in early November for around $700.
