Canon has announced the availability of its two new ultra-compact digital cameras – Canon PowerShot SD990 IS and PowerShot SD880 IS Digital ELPH cameras, which incorporates a range of advanced features, including Optical Image Stabilization and Canon’s new DIGIC 4 image processor.

Both of the new Canon PowerShot SD990 IS Digital ELPH and PowerShot SD880 IS Digital ELPH cameras will hit the market in coming October for about $400 and $300, respectively.
