Opera 10 Beta 2, codenamed Peregrine, is the latest beta version of Opera which brings it one step closer to the first release candidate. There has a lot of changes in this release which including user interface, mail, chat and news, security and network, and scripting.

Beside interface changes, the most important changes are a fix for high memory use of the web browser related to the disk cache on huge torrents, improved anti-spoof checking, fixes for several scripts and services at Facebook, Wikipedia and Yahoo, enable torrent downloading with Opera Turbo and fixing the problem of the sessions where not saved correctly when closing the web browser.
