HideOutlook is a freeware that is able to minimize outlook to system tray instead of taskbar. Once you have installed and launched it, it will stay at system tray silently. To minimize Outlook to system tray, just right click on the tray icon follow by choosing Hide Outlook, then Outlook will be disappeared from taskbar and minimize to system tray. Alternatively, you can hide Outlook to system tray by minimizing the window.
