Viewing eBook on tablet PC or smartphones is becoming much more common now in replacing the conventional books. And those eBooks could be hundreds or even thousands pages and if you wonder how you can easily navigate or restore back to the current page that you are viewing before closure when re-opening it without the need to memorize the page number, here are some simple steps that you can get it done with the built-in feature in Acrobat Adobe reader.

  1. First, open the PDF content in Adobe Reader.
  2. Then, go to Edit and scroll down to Preference in sub-menu, click on General.
  3. On the Preference window, select Documents category and under Open Settings, check the box for Restore last view settings when reopening documents.
  4. Click Ok to save the changes.

By now, whenever you close any eBook or PDF documents and re-open later, you will notice that it will bring you the same page that you last viewed, significantly reducing the inconvenience to browse through the whole contents again. Hopefully these simple steps will make your eBook reading much more effective and pleasurable one.
