HP iPAQ Data Messenger and Voice Messenger Handhelds

HP has introduced 2 new consumer-minded iPAQ handhelds, which are HP iPAQ Data Messenger and Voice Messenger.

HP iPAQ Data Messenger

The Data Messenger is a beautiful 3G smartphone with large touch screen display, full slide-out alphanumeric keyboard and GPS gives a new style to mobile messaging experience. The Data Messenger allows you to communicate intelligently, via email, phone, Internet and Instant Messenger such as Windows Live. It has built in and wherever WiFi is available, you can go online without using data plan minutes.

Apart from that, it comes with full alphanumeric slide out keyboard that allows you to type quickly and easily. The large 2.8-inch QVGA touch-screen display allow you to view your work clearly. The phone works on Windows Mobile 6.1 and uses Microsoft outlook Mobile that allows you to synchronize contacts, appointments and tasks with your PC. It also comes with Mobile Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

When you are on the road, the device can help you to navigate around with Integrated GPS 4. Other features such as 3.1MP auto focus camera (5X digital zoom and flash LED), and Micro-SD card slot (for storage up to 8GB) added some fun to the phone.

HP iPAQ Voice Messenger

The Voice Messenger is a compact mobile phone that comes with voice, email and GPS features.

It is simple and small in size. The useful 20-key keypad allows you to dial and type quickly. Text and email is helped with the “Intelligent” predictive text that “learn” your words and style during messaging.

The Voice Messenger features email, phone, internet and Instant Messenger that allows you to communicate intelligently. The phone comes with WLAN that allows you to connect to WiFi whenever it is available without using data plan minutes.

The device operates under Windows Mobile 6.1. It has pre-installed Microsoft Outlook Office Mobile and allows you to synchronize contacts, appointments and tasks with your PC.

There are some other built in features such as integrated GPS that help you to navigate around, 3.1MP auto focus camera (with 5X digital zoom and flash LED), and Micro-SD card slot for storage up to 8GB.
