AT&T has officially announced the upcoming launch of new HTC Freestyle, which the company claims as its first quick messaging phone running on Brew Mobile platform, combining a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen, 3.2-megapixel camera, full HTML browser, HTC Sense and FriendStream app into a single device.


“We are excited to add HTC Freestyle to our popular quick messaging device portfolio,” commented Jeff Bradley, senior vice president for Devices at AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets. “Between the HTC Sense experience, a multitude of apps through Brew MP and its top-notch construction, the Freestyle is sure to make a splash with customers.”

HTC Freestyle which measures 106.7 X 56.6 X 2.5 mm and weighs 128 grams is scheduled to hit AT&T stores on February 13 for $99.99, after a $50 mail-in rebate and a new 2-year service agreement.
