Fujitsu has added a new smaller yet fully featured tablet PC to its Lifebook line up which is known as LIFEBOOK T580. The LIFEBOOK T580 has been packed with full-size notebook features and technology into a smaller, lighter and lower-priced package. The new tablet machine is being designed to improve the mobile life. The LIFEBOOK T580 has been enhanced with a simple twist of the unique bi-directional rotatable touch screen which supports four-finger multiple touch and enables fingertip control for up to 14 different gestures.



Key features of the LIFEBOOK T580 includes:

  • Display – 10.1-inch LED backlight touch screen with 1366 x 768 resolutions.
  • Processor – Intel Core i3-380UM or i5-560UM processor.
  • Memory – Supports up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM.
  • Hard drive- 64GB/128GB SSD or 160GB/320GB/500GB HDD.
  • Battery – Comes with a Li-Ion battery 3-cell(2900 mAh) or Li-Ion battery 6-cell(5800 mAh).
  • Camera – Built-in 1.3-megapixel webcam.
  • Operating systems – Preloaded with Genuine Windows 7 Professional 64-bit or Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
  • Connectivity- Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, WWLAN and etc.
  • Interface – 2 USB ports, VGA, HDMI and etc.

The LIFEBOOOK T580 with weighs 1.4Kg is expected to be available in late November and can be pre-ordered in the EMEA region from 1 October.
