Sony Ericsson has announced the release of its new mobile phone, Sony Ericsson S312. The phone has been improved for capturing picture or recording videos with two easy steps. Besides, picture sharing functionality has been enhanced. The Sony Ericsson S312 phone is targeted for photo enthusiastic.

The 2-megapixel camera phone offers various features such as digital zoom, dedicated video camera key, video recording function, photo light, video light, PictBridge printing and photo fix. It supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE/900/1800 connectivity, comes with 15MB of internal memory, supports memory stick micro card slot, integrated with messaging capabilities such as email and MMS.

Beside that, it is Bluetooth enabled, supports FM radio with RDS, speaker phone, sound recorder and media player.

Available in dawn blue and honey silver, the Sony Ericsson S312 with measurement of 100 x 46 x 12.5 mm and weighs 80 grams is expected to be available to selected market in second quarter of 2009.
