One of the market leaders in photo imaging technology, Samsung has announced its new ultra-portable HMX-U20 and HMX-U15 pocket-sized digital camacorders (the successors of Samsung HMX-U10), which come equipped with full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels resolution) video recording capability, high-performance 1/2.3-inch CMOS image sensor, SD/SDHC memory expansion slot, built-in swing-out USB 2.0 and HDMI connectivity.

The new ultra-compact Samsung HMX-U20 and HMX-U15 camcorders that measure just 2.1 x 0.61 x 4.09 inches are slated to be available by Spring 2010 for around $250 and $230, respectively.
