The cellular telephone company offering prepaid cell phone service and Pay As You Go with no annual contracts, Virgin Mobile USA has announced that they will offer the new “Totally Unlimited” calling plan on July 1 for just $79.99 per month, claiming as the first and lowest priced unlimited nationwide calling plan with no roaming or long distance charges, no activation fees or annual contracts.
