This offer given by Computeractive will last till 17 Jan 2008. Read the offer by Computeractive. The direct download link for setup installer avg7_503a1171_vnu.exe that encodes with license or software sales number is here (apparently the server may change user ID and password for the FTP every now and then). If the link doesn’t work, asks for password or rejects due to maximum number of simultaneous logins reached, try this download link to bypass the FTP server. We have tested this link and it works. Try it out before the link is removed or expires. If you have miss the dateline or unable to download from the busy server, check out the trick to use free serial number to install AVG Pro. Note that the free license will expire on Dec 1, 2008.

Update: The license number can be used on AVG 8.0 too.
