Wii Fit is a video exercise game for Wii console utilizing Wii Balance Board (or Wii Board, some also with Wii Remote and Nunchuk) developed by Nintendo, which consists primarily around 40 different exercise activities such as various Yoga poses, Single Leg Extension, Push-up and Side Plank, Torso and Waist Twists, Jackknife, Lunge, Rowing Squat, Sideways Leg Lift, Parallel Stretch, Triceps Extension, Single Arm Stand, Jogging, Step Aerobics, Hula Hoop, Rhythm Boxing, Ski Jumping, Snowboard Slaloms, Heading Soccer Balls, Table Tilt, Tightrope Walk, Balance Bubble, Penguin Slide and Lotus Focus.

Beside, Wii Balance Board can measure user’s weight and center of gravity, and subsequently calculate body mass index (BMI) after entering user’s height. Furthermore, Wii Fit allows its players to compare their fitness by using Wii Fit’s own channel on the Wii Menu, and able tracks a user’s “Wii Fitness Age” through a body test basing the result on the user’s current age, weight, and balance.

Since its release worldwide on May 2008, Wii Fit is selling like hot potatoes everywhere, with most stores running out of stock for Wii Fit and its Wii Balance Board.
